• The Site and its calculators are offered free of charge for personal and professional use.
• You may not attempt to scrape the Site at scale, reverse-engineer the calculators, or republish them as your own.
• Embeds are permitted via the official embed links only; iframe attribution must remain intact.

Calculator output is informational and educational only. It does not constitute professional engineering, architectural, construction, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical advice, and is not a substitute for a permit, an inspection, a stamped plan, or a licensed contractor's quote. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIGHTSCALE LABS LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE — INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) LOSSES ARISING FROM OVER-ORDERING OR UNDER-ORDERING MATERIALS, PROJECT DELAYS, REWORK, REGULATORY PENALTIES, OR FAILED INSPECTIONS. Affiliate relationships do not influence calculator output. This disclosure is provided in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission's 16 CFR Part 255 Endorsement Guides.

6. DMCA / copyright

7. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent any dispute is not required to be resolved in your home state under applicable consumer law, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable US consumer-protection law.
